Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your page's content: username, display name, bio, avatar photo, social links, and items - everything you choose to add.
• Item contact: when a visitor uses "Contact" on one of your items, we don't store their message - we just redirect them to whichever of your social platforms you've enabled for contact, with their message attached where that platform supports it.
• Page analytics: page views and link clicks on your page, so you can see how it's doing. We never store a visitor's IP address or browser identifier - unique visits are counted using a one-way hash that changes every day and can't be traced back to a person. Full detail is on your dashboard's Analytics tab.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in and to protect your account from cross-site request forgery. It's not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't use any third-party tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

Nobody. Paid upgrades are arranged manually by email, not through a payment processor - we don't sell your data, to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Your page content stays until you delete it or close your account. Raw analytics events are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically - only aggregate daily counts (not tied to any individual visitor) are kept longer, so you can still see your page's history.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your page's content at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely or ask about anything else in this policy, contact us at support@shoppym.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the product changes.
